Cooking Guide

From pack to plate in three steps.

Our seasoning packs are engineered for foreign kitchens — no master chef, no five-spice cabinet required. Boil water, add pack, simmer. Bobo Chicken, ready in 7 minutes.

  1. 01

    Heat oil & aromatics

    Warm 2 tbsp neutral oil, sear scallion and ginger 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 02

    Add Zhenxian base

    Drop in one Zhenxian Bobo Chicken pack, stir 90 seconds, then pour in 1.2L water and bring to a simmer.

  3. 03

    Skewer & serve

    Submerge skewered vegetables and proteins, simmer 3–5 minutes, ladle into bowls with broth.

Our Story

From a single Leshan kitchen — to over thirty countries.

Sichuan Chufeng Food Co. was born in 2011 in Leshan, the cradle of Sichuan cuisine. Three generations of cooks, one obsession: capturing the exact moment when chili, peppercorn, and rendered beef tallow meet — and making it travel.

In 2023 we opened our second factory: 45,000㎡ of stainless steel, glass, and a quality lab that runs 200+ sensory and microbial tests every batch. The aroma still has to pass one final judge — our master blender, who has tasted every single SKU since day one.
