Founded in Leshan, Sichuan in 2011, Zhenxian is the product of three generations of recipe refinement — built around a single belief: real Sichuan flavor cannot be faked. Every batch begins with pepper from Hanyuan, chili from Erjingtiao, and oil pressed daily on our floor.

Warm 2 tbsp neutral oil, sear scallion and ginger 30 seconds until fragrant.
Drop in one Zhenxian Bobo Chicken pack, stir 90 seconds, then pour in 1.2L water and bring to a simmer.
