When you send a business inquiry, we collect the contact and company details, market, purchasing needs and message you choose to provide.
How it is used
We use this information to respond, prepare quotations or samples, assess export requirements, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the business conversation. We do not sell inquiry data.
Analytics and retention
If the site owner enables GA4, aggregated usage events may be processed by Google Analytics. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, compliance and dispute handling.
