Sichuan Chufeng Food Co. was born in 2011 in Leshan, the cradle of Sichuan cuisine. Three generations of cooks, one obsession: capturing the exact moment when chili, peppercorn, and rendered beef tallow meet — and making it travel.
In 2023 we opened our second factory: 45,000㎡ of stainless steel, glass, and a quality lab that runs 200+ sensory and microbial tests every batch. The aroma still has to pass one final judge — our master blender, who has tasted every single SKU since day one.
